A rotational training device that works the entire body. Perform explosive 1 and 2 arm movements and other rotational exercises simply by inserting the Landmine's 7.5" post into olympic weight plates, then insert any olympic bar. The primary function is to develop rotational power for improved core stabilization and activation whilst playing sports. Levels of difficulty can be changed with using a different length bar and/or by adding weights.
